If you purchase multiple items at once, we charge shipping for every 7 items. For example, if you purchase 26 items, you will be charged three times for the 7 items and one time for the remaining 5 items. This is because we understand that packing too many items into a large box increases the chance of damage. To avoid this, it is important to keep the basic box size to 100cm, and if that is not possible, to fit them into a box up to 120cm (note that 120cm size is only for items that do not fit into a 100cm box). Previously, we only charged shipping once even for multiple items purchased at once, but because shipping overseas requires a lot of time and packaging materials, we now charge shipping for every 7 items. However, even if you purchase fewer than 7 items, if the items are large enough that the number of boxes (number of shipping units) increases, we will cover the cost. Therefore, if you purchase 8 or more items at once, we will charge shipping for every 7 items. (Note: If additional shipping charges are incurred, you will receive a notification email with a link to purchase the additional shipping charges.) However, if you purchase a large number of small items such as sake cups or cups, even if you purchase seven or more items, they may fit into a 100cm box. In such cases, we will ship all items in one box. On the other hand, if you purchase multiple large items, such as kamado-han (traditional Japanese cooking stoves), we may ask you to pay for a set of two items. In such cases, we will notify you in the product description and on our online shop, so please check before purchasing.
